186. The head office of the Conseil shall be located in Québec, at the place determined by the Government.

The address of the head office, as well as notice of any change thereof, shall be published in the
Gazette officielle du Québec.

187. The mission of the Conseil is to advise the Minister responsible for the administration of this Act on any
