摘要
本文主要探討鍾理和文學作品中的「原鄉」、「祖國」、「中國」、「故鄉」四個詞彙的內涵。「原鄉」一詞僅出現在〈原鄉人〉短篇小說中,與「原鄉」相關的「祖國」、「中國」、「故鄉」等詞彙則出現在不同的文本中。在客家社會中,傳統老一輩在使用「轉原鄉」這個詞彙的時候,通常意指生命的結束,「原鄉」已經引申為西方淨土,而鍾理和作品中的「原鄉」則是一種尋根的概念。本文運用詞頻及義素分析模式,整理鍾理和文學作品中的「原鄉」、「祖國」、「中國」、「故鄉」的詞彙內涵。研究發現,「中國」出現的頻率最高,「原鄉」其次,「祖國」再其次,出現最少的是「故鄉」。鍾理和文學作品中的「故鄉」與其他三個詞彙「原鄉」、「祖國」、「中國」在語義上區別得很清楚,彼此毫無關係。在鍾理和的創作裡,「故鄉」不是「原鄉」,更不是「祖國」和「中國」,「故鄉」只和台灣這個土地連結。此外,在這四個詞彙裡,只有「中國」出現負面義素。
This paper explores the connotations of Zhong Li-He and his literary works in terms of the four original terms, namely, “The original township”, “motherland”, “China” and “hometown”. The term “The original township” appears only in short stories “My Native Land”, and the terms “motherland”, “China” and “hometown” are used in different texts. In the Hakka society, the traditional older generation, when using the term “the original township”, usually means the end of life. “The original township” has been extended to the Western Pure Land, and the “the original township” is a root-finding concept in Zhong Li-He’s Literary Works. This paper uses word frequency and sememe analysis to sort out the connotations of “The original township”, “motherland”, “china” and “hometown” in Zhong Li-He’s Literary Works. The study found that the highest frequency of “China” appeared, “The original township” Secondly, the “motherland” Thirdly, there is the least amount of “hometown”. The “hometown” in Zhong Li-He’s literary works and the other three vocabularies, “The original township”, “motherland” and “China” are very distinct in semantics and have nothing to do with each other. In his creation, “hometown” is not the “The original township”, but not the “motherland” and “China”, “hometown” is linked only to the land of Taiwan. In addition, in these four words, In addition, in these four words, only “China” has a negative meaning.
